All Fairview Farms food soybeans are NON-GMO (not genetically modified) and are developed from traditional breeding methods. Fairview Farms is run by farmers, and all soybeans are produced under strict supervision and are shipped directly to the consumer, packaged and ready to use. Norman and Jonathan Chambers take great care in the cleanliness and uniformity of their soybeans.

Beyond the excellent nutritional quality of soyfoods, an impressive amount of research has shown that substances found almost exclusively in soyfoods can have a significant effect on our health. There is a class of phytochemicals (plant chemicals) that have been investigated by the scientific community for over 30 years, because of a number of reported health benefits. Many plants contain phytoestrogens (plant estrogens) and soybeans contain high levels of a unique type of phytoestrogen called isoflavones. It is the isoflavones in soybeans which are credited with the role that soyfoods play in cancer prevention and reducing the risk of osteoporosis.

Soybeans are a wealth of healthful vitamins, minerals, and nutrients.
