Patricia Greenberg has had a passion for food and cooking from a very young age. She earned a BS in Nutrition from Queens College in New York, and a Culinary Arts degree from the Scottsdale Culinary Institute in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Patricia is an instructor of nutrition and culinary arts at The Southern California espresso cinnamon cheesecake, a delicious key lime tart, or tantalizing chocolate trufflesSchool of Culinary Arts, and the Los Angeles Learning Annex, and has a food and nutrition consulting firm in Los Angeles called "The Fitness Gourmet." She is devoted to lecturing, demonstrating and publishing vegetarian, soy, and low-fat nutritious cooking information locally as well as nationwide.

Patricia has a special interest in enhancing the education of the general public, always working towards teaching a healthful approach to menu planning, and providing accurate nutrition and health information to today's consumer.
