Soybeans are among the most versatile
and healthful foods around. Soybeans have no cholesterol, are low in
fat, and are now being used in the prevention and treatment of the world's
most dreaded diseases, breast, prostate, and colon cancer, heart disease,
and osteoporosis just to name a few. Patricia Greenberg has had a passion
for food and cooking from a very young age. She earned a BS in Nutrition
from Queens College in New York, and a Culinary Arts degree from the
Scottsdale Culinary Institute in Scottsdale, Arizona. Patricia has a special interest in enhancing the education of the general public, always working towards teaching a healthful approach to menu planning, and providing accurate nutrition and health information to today's consumer.
