Strawberry Banana Smoothie
Add two tablespoons of flax seeds for a heart-healthy boost.
2 Servings

1 cup frozen strawberries
1 ripe banana, peeled and broken into pieces
1 cup soymilk
2 Tablespoons flax seeds

In largest cup of a Personal Blender, combine the strawberries, bananas, soymilk and flax. Attach blending blade and blend until smooth. Remove blade.
